Ronnie Coleman has a genuine heart of a champion! Despite numerous injuries and surgeries, Coleman is back to training again.

He stated multiple times after each surgery that he regrets nothing… but will never stop lifting weights. At this but will never stop lifting weights. At this point, any mortal man would have crumbled. But Ronnie Coleman is more than an average man. He is a monster. An alien. A superhuman beast incapable of being stopped.

“Trying my best to get these legs bigger. Finally made it to 20 reps with 3 plates. Next goal is 20 reps with 4 plates. Did 3 and a quarter for 10 so getting closer day by day. My dream is to get where @bigj_extremefitness is but that’s in a few years. Gotta take it one day at a time, one rep at a time.”
