Seth Feroce has been away from professional competition for quite some time now but he’s remained active in his bodybuilding pursuits and now helping individuals get better. Seth is an unstoppable beast, he went from amateur to pro in one calendar year, then won his first pro show.

In the above video, Seth explains the Leg Workout, “Listen If you are a bodybuilder, competitive or not, you have to switch your shit up sometimes or better yet, feel your muscles working to get them to grow. And sometimes heavy squats, leg presses and deads aren’t working like you thought they would. SOOOO perk up and listen to what I explain in this video. Because you will be able to take this knowledge and apply it to your workout and then build from it. You then will be able to do those basic complex exercises (Squats, Leg presses) with a new angle to grow!!”

“Knowledge has to come with being a Meathead ladies and gents. Control the beast, Feed the Beast, Inform the Beast and then Unleash that Mother Fxxker!”
