Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who played The Mountain in Game of Thrones is very strong. He can lift well over 1,000 pounds and has an insane diet.

Who knew deadlifting could be such a graceful to watch. The Mountain is known for his overwhelming strength, but this week he decided to show fans his softer side as he casually lifted over 700 pounds while dancing to Adele. He captioned the video, “Being a savage all day every day is hard. Sometimes I just go to the gym and do work in a calm and relaxing environment. 330kg 3 sets of 2 with Adele in the background.”

The Mountain seems to be rounding into shape for the Arnold Strongman Classic 2017. He is no rookie when it comes to the Arnold Classic, just two years ago he broke a kettlebell throwing record. Take a look below at some more of his training, this time he decides to show off with 400 pounds of log work.

It’s a hilarious change of pace from the other extremely intense weight lifting videos he has shared on Instagram recently.

Like Björnsson said, being a savage every day is hard, not that I would know what it’s like to lift hundreds of pounds on a daily basis. We can take his word for it.
