On November 8th, 2017 Rich Piana’s autopsy results released to the public! The most in-depth aspect of the report seems to concern his lungs, but the cause of death was never given or made clear through the report. Especially since no toxicology tests were administered…

Dave Palumbo responds to Rich Piana’s autopsy report and raised some questions:
“You’d have to suspect possible foul play here because guys that are in their early to mid 40’s don’t just drop dead you know and if they do you’d want to know why and to do an autopsy and not be able to determine that at the end of the autopsy is troubling”

Is there more than meets the eye on this case? Dave Palumbo has some unanswered questions about the death of the larger-than-life Rich Piana, who passed away on August 25th – after nearly 3 weeks in a coma.
“The fact though that we have no conclusion on this autopsy leaves me with a very uneasy feeling even though I can create a scenario that I think was the case I don’t know for sure and with a 46-year-old type of celebrity guy who had people who loved him and hated him I have to suspect and what if there was a homicide here what if there was foul play here we don’t know this for a fact I would love to see this be picked up by another medical examiner and delved into more deeply”
