Following the story being brought to light on November 16, “Rocky” star Sylvester Stallone, 71 vehemently denying the allegation he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl back in 1986.
According to TMZ, Stallone’s spokeswoman Michelle Bega:
“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

“It never happened.”
The girl did not want to press charges because she was scared and humiliated and reportedly signed a “no prosecution” form. Las Vegas PD explains they could not go forward in this type of case when the victim is refusing to cooperate or move forward with charges.
Part of the story was originally made public last year when Doug Poppa, an ex-cop and reporter for the Baltimore Post-Examiner, obtained the police report and wrote about the incident. The allegations re-surfaced Thursday when The Daily Mail published a similar story and what appears to be a copy of the police report.
This isn’t the first time Stallone has been accused, in 2001, a woman filed a lawsuit against the actor, alleging he “forcibly pinned” her against a wall and tore her clothes at a fitness center. In 2013, reports surfaced that he had paid off his late half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti to keep quiet about allegations that he had abused her for years.
