Urs Kalecinski has made waves in the sport for being so young while keeping up with the big players in bodybuilding such as Ramon Queiroz and four-time Classic Physique Olympia champion Chris Bumstead. Kalecinski and Cutler both boasted crazy striations in their legs to go along with their sheer muscle mass.

Jay Cutler Discusses Training Cycles And Deloading Weights
In his recent YouTube video, Jay Cutler brings up the importance of lowering weights every few weeks and not going as hard.
“I think cycling the training is ideal. I always talk about Deload and that kinda thing every few weeks. Deload meaning you can’t always go balls to wall all the time. So I usually suggest every four weeks or so to lighten up the weight a bit and keep the reps about the same” Jay Cutler said.
Cutler notes that while many new athletes are eager to push their bodies to the limit, it may not always be the best strategy. In addition to switching up the training cycle, Cutler revealed that he struggled to work out if he couldn’t see the body part he was focusing on.
“When I train a body part I have to see the body part that I’m training. It’s really hard for me to train covered up. You watch some of these Olympia videos and you see me train in heavy sweats training legs, that was really hard for me to do. I like to see, you wanna see the blood flow and the veins.”
Jay Cutler doesn’t just offer workout tips, he also plays a pivotal role in the bodybuilding community, providing guidance to all in the sport. His opinion on matters such as Derek Lunsford being a favorite to win the 2023 Mr. Olympia are held in high regard because of his experience on bodybuilding’s biggest stage.
