“Sleep. We always talk about sleep. I don’t feel like society sleeps enough. I try to sleep at least a five-hour straight stint at one time. I always suggest a little more obviously but depending on your schedule. Sleep is super crucial to keeping your body lean and active” Jay Cutler said.
