The 2024 Thailand Men’s Physique Pro invaded Pattaya, Thailand for an unforgettable display of muscle and posing skills on June 1. This competition was headlined by the Men’s Physique category, currently dominated by the reigning Olympia winner, Ryan Terry. In the end, Omer Bahamed took home gold and is 2024 Mr. Olympia-bound!
The Men’s Physique category has exploded in popularity as of late, which is why there are several qualifying events available to athletes in the IFBB Pro League. Competitors delivered thrilling routines on Saturday night in hopes of clinching not just a 2024 Mr. Olympia qualification, but a cash prize, and of course, bragging rights.
Time is running out for athletes to ensure their presence on the sport’s biggest stage. The deadline to qualify for the 2024 Mr. Olympia ends on September 15, and given how long preparations can take, it’s crucial for athletes to meticulously plan their training, diet, and recovery regimen well in advance to ensure they’re at their peak performance level for the competition.
