Lineup Overview

The first favorite for the 2024 Giants Live Strongman Classic is Stoltman, as he displayed his best form yet at the 2024 World’s Strongest Man, where he claimed his third title. Moreover, Tom has expressed the desire to claim other elite titles apart from the WSM, which makes him the man to beat.

Tom will, however, face his biggest rival, Mitchell Hooper. The Canadian athlete broke onto the scene in a blink of an eye and became one of the best athletes that the sport has to offer. He won the 2023 WSM, 2023 & 2024 Arnold Strongman Classics, and the 2023 Rogue Invitational. So, Hooper definitely has what it takes to take the gold medal.

One man who has gotten the better of Stoltman and Hooper in the past is Evan Singleton. He is often one of the standout athletes, meaning that he is in contention for the title. Singleton finished third at the 2024 WSM, which is his best result yet. So, that could indicate that he is having the best season of his career.

Another name that excites many fans is Cheick ‘Iron Biby’ Sanou. He is known for his immense static strength, but rarely takes part in full competitions. So, it will be interesting to see how he fares against the rest at the.

The 2020 WSM, Oleksii Novikov, has been unlucky in the past few years, as he had to battle multiple injuries, including his elbow and bicep. However, he has not competed for some time, so there is hope that Oleksii has fully recovered. If that is the case, Oleksii will pose a threat to every other athlete in the 2024 Giants Live Strongman Classic lineup.

Luke Stoltman was also expressing his desire to be a part of the 2024 Giants Live Strongman Classic, but was unable to do so due to a bicep injury that he picked up a few months ago. Regardless, the lineup for the competition is looking incredibly stacked, meaning that the results are impossible to predict.
