The 2026 CrossFit Semifinals are held all across the world, with the 2026 Far East Throwdown being held on May 1-3 in Busan, South Korea. The competition offered just one qualifying spot for the CrossFit Games in both the men’s and women’s divisions, making the battle for the title event more intense. So, after three full days of competing, Henrik Haapalainen and Siria Meha emerged victorious and qualified for the biggest competition of the season.

Although the 2026 Far East Throwdown CrossFit Semifinal featured just one qualifying spot in each division, which is lower than most in-person competitions, it turned out to be an exciting competition full of incredible performances. The athletes knew that the stakes were high, with only the winner making it through to the final stage. So, everyone left their all on the competition floor, which resulted in a great weekend for both the athletes and the fans.
