Katrin Davidsdottir is one of the most electrifying female CrossFit athletes in sports history, winning the event in 2015 and 2016. So it was only fitting that she was selected to speak at the upcoming ESPN W Women + Sports Summit event on Monday, October 21-23, at 4:30 PM PT in Newport Beach, California.

Davidsdottir placed 4th at the 2019 CrossFit Games and at only 26 years old she has plenty of gas in the tank but she’s huge ambassador of the sport. Even being the first CrossFit athlete in ESPN’s Body Issue.

So she’ll represent CrossFit on the panel alongside WWE Raw star Becky Lynch and tennis player Monica Puig for the ‘ESPNW World Class Athlete Panel’.

CrossFit has grown so much and we saw so many changes to the competition as of recently which will allow more athletes to be able to participate in the competitions happening all throughout the year.

So the excitement will continue to build up in preparation for the upcoming season with the 2019-2020 week 2 workout being due on Monday at 5 P.M.

And the ESPN Summit event will showcase many other big names as well.
