People think of creatine as a muscle-building supplement for bodybuilders and athletes. But new research suggests it might be even more important for women of all ages, especially because it’s nearly impossible to get enough from whole foods.”
He emphasized that research is now suggesting that its use supports brain health, anti-aging, and hormonal balance for women.

In addition, he highlighted that creatine metabolism is influenced by menstrual cycles, which could be pivotal in maintaining mood and combatting fatigue.
