Building cardio strength is a huge challenge for many CrossFit athletes. Unlike muscles, stamina gains are harder to visually see. Thanks to many of the best female CrossFit athletes here are several new Endurance CrossFit Workouts to try out.

20 deadlifts- 225 lbs
Rest 2 min
20 cal ski 15 deadlifts- 245 lbs
Rest 2 min 20 cal ski 10 deadlifts- 275 lbs

Jamie Joyce is is a former USC college athlete turned rising CrossFit star. Joyce is a two-time Cross Fit competitor.
