“Just a moment of being REAL: Games training is HARD. It is not fun. Of course, there are fun parts & it is my passion. I love Crossfit & being able to get better at EVERYTHING, my weaknesses & even my best movements- it’s what keeps me coming back for more. I LOVE the challenge & the feeling of giving every ounce of effort I had as I’m laying on the floor panting afterwards.

Love being able to inspire people and it’s all worth it if I can impact even one persons life. But it is HARD. I feel like social media sees the first two pictures- glamorous lifts & PR moments, but never the second two- the uncomfortableness & suffering is brutal. I’ve had multiple borderline break-downs this week because it can be so overwhelming.

Sometimes I feel like there are not enough hours (or I don’t have enough energy) in a day to do everything with my best effort. But that’s just a part of the PROCESS. I may feel overwhelmed, like I could do better, or just absolutely exhausted to delirium but never once have I felt sorry for myself. We are three weeks out & I cannot wait to put my fitness to the test because I have been working SO. HARD.”
