Things may be difficult right now, but Cailer Woolam is not losing motivation. In fact, he was just hitting the weights and doing some really impressive things.

Woolam can not afford to take time off during these challenging times. As one of the top powerlifters in the world, he is forced to constantly be in the gym, putting in hard work. So while some people are lifting furniture, he is hitting some heavyweights.

Most recently, Woolam was working hard on his deadlifts, in particular. A recent post to his Instagram shares two videos of the hefty lifts he has been doing. Here you can see him hit a gigantic 771lb double. Following that, he crushes a strong 705lb beltless deficit deadlift.

“771lb x 2 , top double today
705x 1 beltless deficit
Deadlifts felt pretty good today.”

When it comes to the double, Woolman hits it with a strong, smooth demeanor. It shows that he is truly focused on the task at hand. Then to follow that up with a deficit deadlift is simply unreal. Standing on that plate makes the weight harder to pull, as it changes the distribution of his weight, as well as increased the distance to the bar.

Cailer Woolam certainly earns the moniker of Doctor Deadlift. Here he is, just a few days earlier, doing another variation of the deadlift. This time though, he is hitting a 837lb block pull.

It is good to see that, despite the current situation in the world, Cailer Woolam is still getting in some serious work. Some people are able to find ways to get good training while staying at home. However most of the time, it requires one to sacrifice some of the intensity of the workout. Nevertheless, Cailer manages to find a way to still push himself to his near limits doing these lifts.
