Someone who takes their training as seriously as Chris Hemsworth is not going to let something like being stuck at home stop his exercise. Now he shared his at-home workout routine with everyone, so you can follow in his footsteps.
Hemsworth is one of the hottest stars in Hollywood. Although without a doubt, his biggest role to date came as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As a result, he has had to show a level of unreal conditioning, as well as a dedication to fitness.
Therefore, it comes as no surprise that when gyms began to temporarily shut down, Chris Hemsworth would try to find a way to get a good workout in at home. Not only that, but he decided to share this home workout with his fans, through Instagram. The best part is that it only requires some dumbbells and a stool, but if you don’t have those, Chris suggests using laundry detergent and a laundry basket instead.
This is Chris Hemsworth’s at-home workout plan, with each exercise being done for six reps, and six sets:
- Burpee to Overhead Press
- Triceps Extensions
- Squats
- Mountain Climbers
- Sit-Thrus

This is not the first time Hemsworth has shared an intense workout set. A few months ago, he was seen doing a crazy set in the park. It would seem that he has a tendency to do his workouts in sets of six.
Although these routines will not get you all the way into Thor-level conditioning, it is still fun to see Chris Hemsworth share what he is doing to stay busy. There are all kinds of at-home exercises you can do, so it is just a matter of finding the one that works best for you.
