The fitness and adult entertainment communities are mourning the unexpected loss of Damien Stone, a Moldovan-born performer who successfully transitioned from adult films to competitive bodybuilding. Stone passed away due to complications from an enlarged heart, as confirmed by his family and Adult Video News (AVN).
Stone made a name for himself in the adult film industry, working with major studios such as Raging Stallion and Men, and appearing in a variety of productions spanning gay, bisexual, and transgender scenes. His versatility earned him a nomination for Hottest Newcomer at the 2018 GayVN Awards. Over time, he amassed a dedicated following of more than 50,000 fans on Instagram, where he frequently shared content from his fitness journey.
In 2020, Stone stepped back from mainstream adult films to focus on bodybuilding, investments, and content creation for his OnlyFans. His commitment to fitness led him to compete in several local bodybuilding competitions in Pennsylvania, where he earned recognition and titles at the regional level. Although not a professional bodybuilder, Stone’s dedication and passion for the sport were evident through his transformation and competitive spirit.
According to those close to him, Stone had been considering a return to the adult industry—not for financial reasons, but to reconnect with his fan base and continue building his personal brand.
“He was excited to come back and do stuff again, and it was not for monetary reasons because he was a pretty comfortable guy in his personal life, as far as finances,” an agent told AVN. “So, he wasn’t doing it for money; he was doing it to keep his name out there and to add to his fan list and things like that — he was looking forward to it. He wasn’t going to be just accepting any offer.”
Those who worked with Stone remember him as much for his vibrant personality as for his physical presence. Howard Andrew, founder of Fabscout, recalled:

“He had the personality and the looks and everything—he was very outgoing and friendly.”
Steve Cruz, a director who collaborated with Stone on a horror-themed adult film titled It’s Coming, shared his reflections:
“On set, he was funny and a pleasure to work with. It’s always sad to see someone young who passes before their time. I wish his family and friends condolences.”
Stone’s death marks another significant loss for the adult entertainment world. Earlier this year, Marcel Bonn, known professionally as Tim Kruger, passed away at the age of 44. His partner, Grobes Geraet, shared a heartfelt statement confirming Kruger’s death was due to a tragic accident at home, emphasizing that no drugs or foul play were involved:
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share the news of the passing of our beloved Marcel, the man you all knew and loved as Tim Kruger. To the public, he was the ultimate ginger pornstar; to me, he was a sweet, caring partner of over 20 years. He was also my best friend. He touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.”
For Damien Stone, his unexpected passing due to heart complications serves as a reminder of the unseen health risks that even seemingly healthy and fit individuals may face. His legacy in both bodybuilding and adult entertainment remains impactful, as fans and peers remember the energy and dedication he brought to both industries.
Our condolences go out to Damien Stone’s family, friends, and fans during this difficult time.
