At age 47, Dwanye Johnson stays in phenomenal shape. So it is no surprise that “The Rock” has a top notch home training facility.
Johnson has been known to talk about his farm in Virginia. This scenic location is where he has talked about relaxing and unwinding. He uses the calm waters to raise fish, and ride horses, as he has shown in his Instagram posts on the farm.
“As an animal lover – both land and water – I’ve been raising my bass for years now on our farm.
I feed them like kings with live bait and train them to be extra aggressive killers. I have specialists come in to inspect the water, vegetation and ecosystem to make sure they’re living like the top of the food chain predators they are.
Big daddy comes home to recharge his batteries & spend time with them and not even one of these ungrateful fat hogs will strike my top water plug I’ve been working for an hour now.
Cool.. just remember who’s in charge of the fish food truck you sum bitches.”
Johnson may use this farm to relax and recharge, but he never fully relaxes. He still manages to get full workouts in, even on vacation. He has installed a beautiful gym into the Johnson Farm.

This is a jaw-dropping facility, to say the least. From the opening of the giant steel door, you can see just how loaded the place is. Music blasting over a loudspeaker, and wall to wall equipment make for an enviable experience. Johnson’s home gym is stuff of dreams.
Dwayne Johnson likely uses this gym to stay in shape for his many Hollywood roles. He is expected to star in the upcoming Fast and Furious spin-off, Hobbs and Shaw.
