Exercise scientist Dr. Mike Israetel offered his fans a special treat on YouTube. If you’ve ever raised an eyebrow at Liver King’s bold claims about diet and training, you’re not alone. Dr. Israetel recently made time to dismantle his infamous ancestral tenets.

“For the first time ever, we are reviewing the Liver King’s diet and training and ancestral tenets or whatever the fuck sociopath make-believe bullshit that he lies to you about while taking copious amounts of steroids. Let’s get into it.”

Brian Johnson, well known as Liver King, catapulted into stardom in 2022 after becoming famous for his jacked physique and raw-meat diet. That alone didn’t make him famous though, it was his continued claims of being all-natural and steroid-free.

That facade came crashing down when Derek of the More Plates More Dates YouTube channel exposed Liver King’s PED cycle. Not only was Liver King forced to face the public after lying outright, but his supplement companies were slammed with lawsuits. Although he claimed to quit steroids briefly, he revealed he started taking growth hormone and TRT again

You would think by now Dr. Mike Israetel would have already examined the Liver King’s diet and training schedule, which made his latest video all the more special.

Exercise Scientist Evaluates Liver King’s Ancestral Tenets and ‘Barbarian Workout’

Dr. Israetel didn’t hold back, first taking aim at Liver King’s ‘Barbarian workout,’ dubbing it ‘fuc**ng pointless.’ Instead, he advocated for compound barbell, dumbbell, and machine movements.

“I’m glad that barbarians had wrist wraps carrying kettlebells for long distances. Stupid and fucking pointless and you can spend way less time getting in much better shape if you do compound barbell, dumbbell, and machine basics.”

Regarding Liver King’s diet, Israetel looked as thrilled as a kid discovering their Halloween candy was all raisins.

“Here comes the food. I want to kill myself,” said Dr. Mike Israetel. “Oh God, his fingers, oh God, he’s putting his hands in it. Please don’t eat it like that, please don’t eat it off the fucking wooden table with your dirty fucking fingers. By the way guys, I don’t think he uses soap because it hormonally disrupts you or whatever.”

Liver King likes to shield himself from WiFi electromagnetic fields, but Israetel says it won’t significantly impact health.

“Guys, Wifi is not bad for your health. Believe it or not, the incentive structure around companies that build Wifi architecture for them to make sure it’s not bad for you is so fucking insane, so high stakes. That they did their due diligence they really did. They even did more due diligence than the Liver King himself.”

Even though Liver King likes going out topless, Israetel believes it’s best to wear clothes outside.

“What? But it’s cold [why would people take off jackets] outside you dumb asshole. Not all of us are on 400 micrograms of t4 you fucking liar drug-using piece of shit.”

“No motherfucker. You just get cold. Then, if you’re used to being cold a lot, you handle being cold better. The result of that is what exactly? Don’t say stress.

If you need more stress in your life you’re not working hard enough at your job, working hard enough in your relationships, and sure as shit not working hard enough in the gym. All you got to gotta do is train really fucking hard in the gym, get plenty of steps, eat generally healthy food, get plenty of sleep and rest, have lots of fun in your life, balance, recovery, relaxation, and human relationships, and you’re fucking golden,” shares Israetel.

Looking at the Liver King’s steroid use, Israetel is convinced he never came off anything.

“Liver King looks like this still means he hasn’t come off of fucking shit. Those vials are probably empty ones that he just threw away. He’s got more vials in the fridge and in the fucking back compartment and that’s just going to be how it is.”

“You didn’t learn any fucking lessons. You learned zero fucking lessons. He’s still on fucking steroids. Look at his red veiny pecs goddamnit.”

From critiquing Hollywood celebrity workouts to calling out Liver King for lying about steroids, Dr. Mike Israetel has become a voice of reason in an industry oversaturated with dishonesty, trendy diets, and workout fads. He’s the myth-busting hero we didn’t know we needed.
