Two exciting duels will be arranged for the announcement of Workout 24.1, so here is how you can watch it live for free.

The livestream for Workout 24.1 announcement of the 2024 CrossFit Open will be available on the CrossFit Games YouTube channel.

The announcement of the 2024 CrossFit Open Workout 24.1 workout will be an in-person event, with four elite athletes taking part. Those athletes will comprise two duels, one men’s and one women’s. They will then go head-to-head in order to set the best result possible. Not only is this a great way for the athletes to show off their fitness, but also to display how the exercises are meant to be performed.

The announcement of the 2024 CrossFit Open Workout 24.1 will take place on February 29th at 12 p.m. PT. The livestream itself will begin an hour earlier. Everyone who is participating in the Open will have to submit a video of them doing the workout by March 4 at 5 p.m. PT.

Immediately after the workout is revealed, the two duos will take the stage in order to battle against their respective rivals. While all four of the athletes possess an incredible resume in the sport, Workout 24.1 will be most notable for featuring the 2023 Fittest Man on Earth, Jeffrey Adler.
