Jeffrey Adler just put on an inhuman performance. Somehow, someway Adler’s time is 41 seconds faster than Mat Fraser’s second-best time for 20.4.
The 25-year-old really picked it up during his leg squats. If the time holds, Jeffrey Adler would net his first ever Open workout win. Adler would also be third overall heading into the final few weeks of Open Workout 2020.

Wow.
In 2019, Adler made his CrossFit Games debut with an impressive 33rd place finish. Each of the last two years, Adler has placed in the Open’s top ten spots for his home country of Canada.

“Get to know Jeff and all about his routine for his first participation this competition.
Here’s what Jeff had to say about his progress and his performances at the opens, which are going on right now …
“Beyond all expectations, I am extremely surprised and proud of my performance so far: I am in the world top 10 after 3 weeks, 1st in Canada. It remains however still 2 weeks. I will not sell the skin of the bear until I kill it. So I stay focused until the end. I’m already getting ready for the last two WODs. I focus on what is in my control: training, recovery, nutrition, etc. I hope to reach my first goal of the season, that is to say re-qualifier for CrossFit Games.”
