Joey Swoll, the ‘CEO of Gym Positivity,’ has seen just about every strange trend unravel in the fitness sector. However, the latest one even shocked him. On April 29, 2025, he called out a gym girl for faking Down syndrome to promote her OnlyFans content online.
“This is one of the most disgusting things that I have ever seen on social media. There are women out there that are using filters and AI to make it appear as if they have Down syndrome just so they can sell more subscriptions to their OF account.”
Technology continues to reshape social media by the day. Filters and artificial intelligence (AI) are being used to manipulate images, whether someone wants to trim down their waistline or make their butt look bigger, it’s become increasingly more common.
Joey Swoll Alarmed By Down Syndrome OnlyFans Trend After Woman Fakes Condition at the Gym
In a recently uploaded Instagram post, Swoll shamed the woman for faking Down syndrome in hopes of attracting a bigger audience to her OnlyFans page. Moreover, he questioned what ‘sickos’ would actually go out of their way to pay and subscribe to the service.

“Now I don’t know if they’re stealing content or using their own, but why in the world does this filter even exist in the first place? And how sick in the head do you have to be to actually do this?
And what type of pervert sicko actually goes and subscribes? So, to all the women out there that are doing this and the people that support them and subscribe, shame on you!”
Before wrapping up the video, Swoll implored Instagram and OnlyFans to take action against this trend.
“You need to do better. I really really hope that Instagram and OF do something to stop this,” he said.
A day after the post went viral across social media, Swoll was informed that her Instagram page had been taken down and her OnlyFans account had been disabled.
“Well, I’m happy to say that because of my video, and all of you reporting it, that profile has been removed from Instagram, as well, her OF account has been disabled.
So, thank you to all of you. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of profiles out there that are still doing this. Just like this one. As well, I’ve found out that there’s people out there faking having other disabilities too just to get views or sell subscriptions. So to all the people out there that are doing this, shame on you,” shared Swoll.
This wasn’t Swoll’s first brush-up with a gym girl trying to peddle her OnlyFans content. He recently reacted to a woman who got on all fours to get in a good stretch. Swoll emphasized that he doesn’t have a problem with those making money with OnlyFans but said it shouldn’t be taking place inside a public gym.
The gym community keeps on giving, and Swoll hopes, video by video, to make these areas more welcoming for all. This likely won’t be the last video of its kind, as he mentioned others are faking disabilities to promote content online.
