Kali Muscle Goes 6 Days With No Food, Down 9 Pounds: “Just Straight Water”

Kali Muscle continues to test his body with various diets, fasts, and other challenges. In a recent YouTube video, Kali Muscle reveals that he is on day six with no food to cleanse himself of toxins and has lost nine pounds in the process.

As a bodybuilder, Kali Muscle has always focused on his physical appearance but it wasn’t until he suffered a heart attack that he started to closely look at what was going on inside his body. Now he is consistently advocating to the fitness community about the dangers of performance-enhancing drugs which he believes led to his past health scare.

On a quest to better his well-being, Kali Muscle has taken on some crazy diet fads like eating watermelon only for nine days, which saw him drop to 188 pounds. He even went as far as using watermelon oils on his skin as a replacement for deodorant.

Kali Muscle Eats Nothing And Drinks Only Water With Lemon For 6 Days

Kali Muscle is back at it with another health kick, this time no food is involved whatsoever. In a recent YouTube video, he shares that his current routine is meant to cleanse his body of all the nasty toxins that have been building up for years. 

,“Day six about to see what I weigh. Yesterday I believe I was 184-185 so we are going to go and see what it is today baby let’s go. 181.6, what I’m down nine pounds. Probably when I close I’ll be 180 so about 9-10 pounds. Six days no food just straight water. Doing it for health purposes. A lot of people haven’t had a health scare yet. When it’s your turn you’ll be like Kali Muscle was telling me.”,

,“I didn’t have anybody that impacted my life when it came to health. God sent me to be the messenger for you guys cause nobody else is doing it. The people that are they haven’t had a health scare. They just doing it for ego and maybe to prolong they life. Most people who have had some type of health scare like me” Kali Muscle states. ,

While some may question fasting for a week, Kali Muscle claims that scientists and doctors have proven its health benefits.

,“People can say it’s unhealthy and all that but scientists and doctors prove otherwise. So next call is actually going to be stem cell.,

, If you never cleaned out your guts, none in your life, bro you got 30 days of fecal matter inside you just sitting that’s why your breath stinks. That’s why you are musty. That’s why you sweat a lot. If you go get an eco cardiogram or a pet scan you’ll learn that you have clogged arteries.”,

Kali Muscle explains that he previously only did a couple of days of detox, which was insufficient to fully eliminate toxins from his body.

,“Overall feeling good man. When I feel nauseated or something like that, usually in the evening I drink some lemon water but that’s it the rest of the day just straight water. This is the longest I’ve been, the other two times I did it three day I did it two day. What I learn is that three days is nothing you need to keep going because three days my body was just now really releasing some bile stuff that I thought shouldn’t be there.”,

Muscle seems determined to end his cleanse on day seven. 

,“Tomorrow will be day seven. We’ll see man, today kinda got to me, man. Just because I was out and about today and exhausted myself. Seven days, we’ll see how I feel tomorrow but I think that’s gonna be it man seven days. It’s to the point now that if I feel bad there ain’t no point in continuing.”,

Although his ways might be a little unconventional, Kali Muscle has stayed dedicated to being in better health. Kali Muscle used gear for over 13 years of his life and it took a heavy toll on his body. He is determined to educate other bodybuilders on the repercussions of PED use and remains adamant that heart attacks are preventable
