Sam Sulek is an up-and-coming aspiring bodybuilder who continues to make headlines in the media. Having amassed quite a following on Instagram and TikTok, many have voiced their concerns over his unnatural size and unfavorable eating habits. Not everyone is against Sulek though, including bodybuilding veteran Lee Priest. Priest took to Instagram recently to rant about the negative fanfare that Sulek has received.
Sulek has gained traction from his consistent and casual videos inside the gym as well as documenting what he eats. At just 21 years old, Sam Sulek sports a truly impressive build with insane mass. Sulek recently stood side by side with one of bodybuilding’s biggest names — reigning Arnold Classic champion Samson Dauda. While posing together, the 330-lb Dauda absolutely towered over Sam which demonstrated the true size of professional competitors.
With such a huge online following, the use of steroids has been a topic of contention with many fearing for Sulek’s health. Fans have pointed out the dangers of using gear at such a young age and the negative effects it can have on his development.
Others have suggested that his diet is borderline unhealthy. While Sulek seems to be an easy target for criticism in the fitness community, bodybuilding veteran Lee Priest came to his aid in the form of a rant on Instagram.

Sam’s having fun. He’s eating what he wants. He’s young. I ate so much shit when I was young my heart’s fine my cholesterol is fine. He just having fun. Is Sam saying “Kids this is what you must eat this is how you must train” No. He’s doing what he wants to do. If people wanna follow that that’s fine” Priest said.

“Nick and everybody else imagine if people followed your fucking gear cycles and shit how fucked up they would be because you got fucked up from taking too much gear. Fuck me dead, I’ve never seen people go on like little bitches. Johnny Bravo look at your hair shit like that fuck me dead.”
“Sam’s having fun training. Is he growing? Yes. Does he look good? Yes. I’m sure he checks his health. Do you fucking speak to his doctor? Do you cunts know how much fucking gear he’s taking. You don’t know fucking shit.”
“Was you all fucking experts when you got started? No.”
“He’s putting fucking size on he’s enjoying himself and you cunts are just making videos to get views from his clout. Why is that? Because no one else would fucking watch you unless you are talking about fucking anybody else.”
“Kids young. He’s enjoying himself. He’s not telling anyone to do what he’s doing. Talk about fucking jealousy.”
“All you cunts that make videos about Sam are your fucking periods in sync or something cause you fucking carry on like it. Go change your tampon, maybe go have a workout, go have a shot of test cause you fucking need it.”
Sam Sulek continues to stay in the line of fire but other bodybuilders have spoken in support of his actions such as Seth Feroce. Feroce praised Sam Sulek’s ‘don’t give a fu** attitude’ and acknowledged he was a young kid enjoying himself. Additionally, Feroce pointed out that Sulek is a positive influence and overall has it together for someone his age.
