The sport of Strongwoman has been gaining popularity in recent times, and Rebecca Roberts is a key figure in that growth. Her incredible strength has been an object of marvel for thousands of fans across the world for multiple years now, which also motivates her to keep going. So, Rebecca recently appeared in the ‘This Morning’ TV show, where she had an impressive showing, overhead pressing one of the hosts and rolling up a frying pan.

Rebecca Roberts first talked about her life path and the experience that she has accumulated in Strongwoman so far. Then, near the end of the interview, the hosts decided to issue her a couple of challenges. So, for her first challenge, Rebecca was asked if she could lift the male host.

Rebecca responded with confidence, raising the bar even further and revealing that she can even lift the man completely overhead. So, they moved to the side where the Strongwoman instructed the man on the stance he should take to make the lift possible. Just seconds later, Rebecca completed the overhead press with the host in her arms.

Rebecca Roberts did not stop there, as she proceeded to demonstrate another incredible feat of strength. Namely, she grabbed a hold of a frying pan and then started bending and rolling it up with incredible ease. With that, Rebecca concluded the interview and proved that she is one of the strongest women in history.

However, Rebecca is perhaps the first Strongwoman to demonstrate her ability in front of such a wide audience. This makes her display even more significant, as it shows just what the Strongwomen are able to achieve.

Rebecca Roberts used to play rugby but suffered a back injury that changed the trajectory of her career. However, once she met her partner Paul, he noticed just how much potential she had.
