The CrossFit Sanctionals season is continuing with the SouthFit CrossFit Challenge. This is all the information you need to watch all the action live online.

The SouthFit CrossFit Challenge is the second set of Sanctional events. The event is taking place in Buenos Aires, Argentina from December 6th-8th. It will see many hopefuls competing for a shot at the 2020 CrossFit Games. The best individuals at the event will receive invites to the big competition, as with the rest of the Sanctionals.

For those of us who are big fans of keeping an eye on who could end up being the fittest people on Earth, there are ways to watch all the action.
