Tiffany Chapon has been active throughout the entire year, making multiple appearances at high-level meets and achieving some impressive results. She wrapped up her season at the 2025 FFForce French Open Powerlifting Championships on December 19 in La Garde. Chapon appeared in the 52-kilogram weight class, where she claimed gold, while also setting new Raw Squat and Total French National Records.
Tiffany Chapon’s Full Performance Overview
One of the most interesting aspects of Tiffany Chapon’s appearance was the fact that she competed in the U52KG weight class. Namely, she weighed in at 48.3 kilograms (106.5 pounds), indicating that she could cut down to the 47-kilogram weight class for the 2026 IPF Sheffield Powerlifting Championships on January 31st, 2026. With six weeks remaining, this could be a beneficial step for Tiffany to take, as the squat, bench, and deadlift that she achieved at the French Nationals would have been considered unofficial IPF World Records had she weighed in below 47 kilograms (103.6 pounds).
Tiffany Chapon successfully completed eight out of her nine attempts, with her heaviest bench press marking the only failed lift. In turn, she claimed the gold medal despite being by far the lightest woman in the division.
Squat
Tiffany Chapon’s heaviest squat came out to 172 kilograms (379.2 pounds). This seemed to be her plan, as it was just enough to break the U52KG French Record. However, Tiffany did make it look very smooth, showing that there is more left in the tank. She also improved her competition PR, adding 2 kilograms (4.4 pounds) to her previous best.

Bench Press
The bench press session did not go entirely as Tiffany Chapon planned, but it was still a very good performance. She achieved a 102.5-kilogram (226-pound) lift on her second attempt, after which she decided to go for a new personal record of 108 kilograms (238.1 pounds). She was unfortunately unsuccessful in doing so, but it did not cost her much.

- Unsuccessful — 108 kilograms (238.1 pounds)
Deadlift
Going into the deadlift, Tiffany Chapon knew the exact number that she wanted to achieve. So, by slowly adding weight throughout the attempt, she built up to 180 kilograms (396.8 pounds). She then locked out the massive pull with a sumo stance and a mixed grip. With this, Tiffany officially broke the French Total Record.
