Tom Stoltman is one of the most successful modern Strongman athletes, best known for his incredible size. Standing at 6-feet 8-inches and weighing around 185 kilograms (408 pounds), Tom has to consume unbelievable amounts of calories in order to preserve his physique. This becomes an even bigger problem when he has to travel to a competition. Well, he has recently faced that issue and revealed his 11,000+ calorie diet while traveling to the 2024 Strongest Man On Earth competition.

It is incredibly important for Strongman athletes not to stray from their diet in the days leading up to their performance. So, with the 2024 Strongest Man On Earth competition set to take place on August 17-18 in Colorado, Tom had to find a way to follow his diet. With the travel from Scotland to Colorado being extremely long, the majority of Tom’s eating happened ‘on the road’.

Meal Three — Cooked Breakfast

Once he landed in London, Tom Stoltman had to wait for his next flight, which would take him to Colorado. So, having to prepare for a much longer journey, Tom consumed a more complex meal.
