The 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman and Strongwoman competition took place from October 23 to 25, 2026, at the P&J Live arena in Aberdeen, Scotland. It gathered the world’s most elite strength athletes to push physical human limits across difficult and heavy challenges. Competing for career-defining prestige, Trey Mitchell claimed top honors in the Strongman division, while Angelica Jardine captured the Strongwoman title.

Trey Mitchell’s Path to Victory

Trey Mitchell is easily one of the strongest men in history when it comes to raw power and static events, but he has struggled on certain events throughout the years. Namely, a persistent injury historically prevented him from performing well in grip events, which cost him the title on more than one occasion. Moreover, just a few years back at the Rogue Invitational, Trey suffered an Achilles’ tendon tear, which left everyone wondering if he would be able to get back to his best. Luckily, he managed to recover well and has now officially claimed one of the biggest titles in the world.

  • Deadlift Ladder: Fifth-Place
  • Viking Press: First-Place
  • Conan’s Wheel: Seventh-Place
  • Yoke & Log Medley: First-Place
  • Grip Medley: Fifth-Place
  • Mons Meg: First-Place

Day One

The opening day of the 2026 Rogue Invitational presented a mixed bag of challenges for Trey Mitchell, who hoped to gain momentum right from the start. His five reps in the Deadlift Ladder secured him a fifth place in the event as well. However, he quickly made up for it on the Viking Press, where he locked out 15 reps and took the event win.

The final event of the day was Conan’s Wheel, which did not go as well as Mitchell hoped. He achieved a score of 419 degrees, which put him in seventh place, leaving him a lot of ground to make up on day two.

Day Two

The second day required a statement performance, and Trey Mitchell delivered right out of the gate. He dominated the Yoke & Log Medley, blitzing through 8 reps in 01:52.16 to capture a massive first-place finish and rocket back into title contention.

Mitchell kept things steady in the penultimate Grip Medley, clocking 00:56.46 to place fifth in the event. This was a great result for him, as he has previously had problems with grip events.

Heading into the final event, Trey Mitchell found himself sitting one point behind Martins Licis. However, his event win in the Mons Meg was enough for him to overtake Licis and earn him the 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman champion title.

Angelica Jardine’s Path to Victory

For as long as the Rogue Invitational Strongwoman competition has existed, Inez Carrasquillo has managed to hold the title. However, the third edition of the show will forever remain unforgettable for Angelica Jardine, as she managed to dethrone the 2x champion and etched her name into the history books.

  • Deadlift Ladder: Third-Place
  • Viking Press: Third-Place
  • Conan’s Wheel: Second-Place
  • Yoke & Log Medley: Second-Place

Day one of the 2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman & Strongwoman competition established Angelica Jardine as a threat for the top spot through pure consistency. In the opening Deadlift Ladder, Jardine completed 9 reps in 01:28.56 to finish third, staying within striking distance as the deadlift queen, Lucy Underdown, took the event win with 13 reps. Moving to the Viking Press, Jardine placed third once again with a total of 16 repetitions.

Jardine closed out the first day on Conan’s Wheel, where she pushed through a brutal distance run to record 797 degrees. This was enough for a second place finish, making for a very solid first day of competition for her.

Day Two

Angelica Jardine opened day two on the Yoke & Log Medley, finishing 6 implements in 01:51.80 to claim second place just behind Carrasquillo, who completed 8 implements. Inez kept reducing Jardine’s lead in the Grip Medley, as they found themselves occupying the top two spots once again. Angelica made sure not to drop more than one point per event, which meant that they were tied on points going into the final event.

Angelica Jardine and Inez Carrasquillo went head to head in the Mons Meg event, making it a clear battle for the title. Angelica kept a steady pace and managed to take the event win, despite a small hiccup on the final stone. As a result, she was also crowned the champion of the Strongwoman division at the 2026 Rogue Invitational.
