Kristel Macrohon and Liao Guifang, compared on every result on this site. Kristel Macrohon's best total is 236 kg (women's 71 kg, 2025); Liao Guifang's is 279 kg (women's 76 kg, 2025). On the Sinclair scale, which allows for bodyweight, Liao Guifang is ahead by 44.5 points. They met five times in the same class: Liao Guifang finished ahead every time.
Sinclair score. The total scaled for bodyweight with the IWF's 2025 to 2028 coefficients, so lifters from different classes sit on one scale. Women and men have separate formulas.
Place in its class. Where the best total stands among every lifter with a total in that class on this site, on the IWF class list in force at the time.
Attempts made. The share of all snatch or clean and jerk attempts the lifter made. At senior World Championships and Olympic Games since 1998, lifters make 58% of snatches and 56% of clean and jerks.
Snatch as a share of clean and jerk. The snatch divided by the clean and jerk at the best total. It describes the shape of a lifter, not strength, so it is not in bold; eight in ten women lifting in national federation meets sit between 70% and 85%.
World records held now. Records on the IWF class list in force since 1 August 2026. A record set in a class that list retired does not carry over, so a past record holder can show none.
Head to head
Kristel Macrohon vs Liao Guifang head to head
Every competition where both were entered in the same class, newest first. Each lifter's column gives the total in kilograms and the place in the class. "No lifts" means an entry without an attempt; "No total" means the results record no total, most often after three misses in one lift. Only meets where both posted a total count toward who finished ahead: the higher total, or on equal totals the published places, which went to the lighter lifter until 2017 and to the one who made the total first since.
