Wesley Vissers’ Victory Meal
- 100 grams of Rice Flour
- 2-3 scoops of Flavor powder
- 1-2 spoons of Psyllium Husks
- Cinnamon
- Baking powder (2-3 grams)
- Himalayan salt (15 grinds)
- Water (ratio of rice flower to water is 1/4)
- 65 grams of Designer Whey
- 60 milliliters of water
- 200 grams of berries
Wesley Vissers takes his followers step-by-step as he creates his nutrient-rich ‘victory meal’ that helps pack on muscle and shed fat.
“The first ingredient we are going to put into the victory meal is the base. Rice flour. We’re going to put that in a nice big bowl,” said Wesley. Now, we’re going to add in some other dry ingredients the first of which is going to add to the flavor of this victory meal. Designer flavor powder, you put in a few scoops of that depending on how much of the rice flour you put in.”
“It’s good for digestion [Psyllium husks]. Then, the next dry ingredient is going to be some cinnamon.”
While Vissers explains the importance of each ingredient, he urges his viewers not to skip the salt because it will have a major effect on how the meal tastes at the end.
“The next ingredient is going to be baking powder. This alongside the psyllium husk will bump up the volume of this meal because we are going to put it in the microwave later and if you combine heat with baking powder and water, it’ll transform into a nice airy substance.”
“One of the most important aspects of this meal is the pink Himalayan salt. Don’t forget this ingredient, it’ll either make or break this meal.”
After mixing the ingredients, Vissers microwaves his ‘Victory Meal’ for three minutes.
“In the meantime, we can actually create the whey drip consisting of designer whey. Now, this guys, is a very important aspect of this meal.
Right here, I have a chocolate flavor designer whey because I love the chocolate whey drip as if you’re putting molten chocolate on top of your victory meal. I like to put in at least 65 grams of designer whey.”
Vissers emphasizes the importance of adding less water than powder to get the proper consistency in the whey to allow him to ‘drip’ it on top when he is finished.
“The trick is to make sure that you’re adding in less water compared to powder,” adds Vissers.
“And we’re going to put in 60 mils of water to ensure it’s nicely thick and nicely drippy.”
“Whenever I make this before the workout I just leave it in the microwave the entire workout and it’s still nice and warm when you get back, but depending on whether you like it cold or warm you can either put this in the fridge for an hour or just eat it 15 minutes later.”
After his Victory Meal cools down, Vissers moves on to the final step.
“Cold fruit as a nice cold layer on top before putting on the whey drip. Here is about 200 grams of berries. I like berries because they are digesting very easily.”
“This is the incredible Victory Meal.”
When Vissers isn’t enjoying his ‘Victory Meal,’ he is in the gym improving his physique as he prepares to take on the reigning five-time Classic Physique champion Chris Bumstead on the Olympia stage. Recently, Vissers shared how he trains his chest and achieves a massive pump.
After shaking things up at the 2024 Arnold Classic Ohio with his win against former champion Ramon Rocha Queiroz, fans can look forward to an explosive face-off as Vissers goes head-to-head with top names in the Classic Physique division. It will be a spectacular weekend when the 2024 Mr. Olympia takes over Las Vegas, Nevada, this October 10-13.
