Is Crossfit Really That Expensive?

Source: crossfitgames.com

A giant hurdle CrossFit still has to overcome is price point. The notion CrossFit is expensive is a long held stereotype around the growing sport.

So why is Crossfit so expensive? Or how do you define the cost of CrossFit when compared to other fitness programs? A typical gym membership?

There are a few main reasons why to do CrossFit:

  • Small classes of about 10 people or less
  • Individual care from coaches
  • Professional certified coaches
  • A wide range of training possibilities
  • Different kind of classes offered
  • Workouts clearly defined
  • Proven results
  • Unique training atmosphere

Small class sizes:

Most CrossFit gyms have a great team atmosphere. In other words, the mere nature of our great sport promotes a smaller class size and team support.

Individual coaching:

For instance, small class sizes means more individual opportunities. Coaches will know your name at most CrossFit gyms. It is easy to ask questions in this environment.  Above all, scaling workouts at your very own level can be aided by coaches.

Professionally trained coaches:

Unless you’re a certified personal trainer, odds are you don’t know everything about endurance, mobility, strength. and other CrossFit techniques. Similarly, coaches being there and holding you accountable is priceless.

A variety of training possibilities:

Variety is the spice of life. One of CrossFit’s biggest ascents is the sheer number of workouts you can do. For instance, there is literally a WOD for any and all occasions.

Different classes:

Mobility, Yoga, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, the great thins is CrossFit offers them all. CrossFit will never leave you bored because it is the sport of competitive fitness. n conclusion, there is always a new WOD to try or modify to change things up.

The Workouts are clearly defined:

Above all, coaches set you up to succeed. In addition, WODs are clearly explained and results-driven. Similarly, your progress can be clearly tracked and coaches will encourage your gains.

Unique atmosphere:

Nothing compares to an active CrossFit gym. Try it for yourself and see.
