- Warm Up – Leg Extension 3-5 sets of 15-20 reps
- Exercise 1 – Machine Squat
1 set of 12-15 reps
1 triple drop set of 12-15 reps each - Exercise 2 – Vertical Leg Press
4 sets of 10-12 reps - Exercise 3 – Leg Press
4 sets of 10-12 reps - Exercise 4 – Reverse Hack Squat
4 sets of 10-12 - Exercise 5 – Walking Lunges
2 sets 60ft - Exercise 6 – Single Leg Squat
4 sets of 10-12 reps
