Admit it. Calves are one of those muscle groups that have an interesting stigma. Much like the forearms, the calves are either heavily neglected or a point of obsession for many bodybuilders.
For many Calves are an afterthought in your workout routine, just toss in some machine calf raises at the end of your training session and call it a day, right? Even when many bodybuilders do focus on the calves – they find that calves are one of the hardest muscle areas to build up.
