Meet Heba Ali 5’6″, 140lbs incredibly strong girl is a fitness influencer and a personal trainer. Heba is specialized in Hybrid Training, the combination of bodybuilding and powerlifting to cover every aspect of the perfect workout. She started training as a fun hobby turned into a life-saving form of therapy.
Heba loves training outdoors, she uses what’s around her in the environment as her gym and mixing it up in terms of her training exercises. Her favorite form of cardio is HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).

Back at it!! Haven't squatted or deadlifted heavy in a while…here's raw footage from this weekend hitting my PR's in Squat Bench and Deadlifts at @eastweststrength !!! I wore my @ironrebel knee sleeves and wrist wraps for the first time and hit surprising numbers. This is where my strength is currently at weighing in at 147 lbs is Squat: 290 lbs Deadlift: 315 lbs and Bench: 150 lbs. Worked up to a 1RPM then pyramided down increasing my reps. This weekend taught me how important it is to surround yourself with supportive people who will believe in you more than you believe in yourself. Because self doubt will KILL your growth. I took months off from lifting heavy so mentally I doubted my strength. I was proven wrong because this IS the heaviest I've EVER lifted. Grateful for the guys who pushed me to my limits and showed me strength I didn't know I had. This is what I call your Hidden Reserves. Go discover yours.
