2022 New Zealand Classic Physique Results

This weekend saw the 2022 New Zealand Pro Classic Physique contest take place in Auckland, New Zealand on October 7 – 9, 2022. Competitors gathered on stage for this 2022 Mr. Olympia qualifier in the Classic Physique division. They battled in hopes of securing a coveted Mr. Olympia invitation.
At the time of this publication, bodybuilders are running out of time to earn their invitations to the most prestigious event of the year — Mr. Olympia, which takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada from December 15 – 18 this winter.
Competitors are approaching the deadline (November 20, 2022) to earn their qualification for 2022 Mr. Olympia. Any competitor outside of the Men’s Open division who placed third or better at 2021 Olympia will be automatically invited back for this year’s show.

Plenty of contenders stood out during prejudging. Younis Mousa brought a well-balanced and conditioned package in Auckland. While the top three finishers pushed each other respectively, in the end, Grant Pieterse got his hand raised and earned his qualification for 2022 Mr. Olympia.
