The Strongman Champions League consists of 16 competitions that take place throughout the year. Well, the time finally came for the 2023 Strongman Champions League World Finals to take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital on November 17-18. Event One — Truck Pull
The first event was the only one that took place on November 17th, and it was none other than the Truck Pull. They then had to pull it for a distance of 25 meters, but were given only 90 seconds to complete the event.
The majority of men managed to complete the Truck Pull within the given time limit, so they were ranked based on time. Kevin Hazeleger was the quickest out of the bunch, with a final time of 41.58 seconds.
Oskar Ziółkowski finished five seconds after Kevin and took second place, while Fatih Karaca crossed the line another six seconds after Oskar.

Aivars Šmaukstelis secured the top spot with a mind-blowing nine deadlift repetitions, which turned out to be quite a dominant performance compared to the others. He even had some “breathing room”, as no athlete was even able to lock out eight reps.
Oskar Ziółkowski and Andrea Invernizzi battled for second place, and neither of them wanted to accept anything less. So they pushed themselves to the limits and both ended up locking out seven repetitions. Consequently, they shared the second-place finish and the points that come with it.

- Oskar Ziółkowski — 7 reps
- Andrea Invernizzi — 7 reps

Kevin Hazeleger took his second event win of the competition with a final distance of 49.2 meters (161-feet 5-inches). The Farmer’s implements were very long, meaning they were hard to control. However, Kevin did not have many problems, which is evident by his result.
Andrea Invernizzi was involved in yet another tie for second place, but with Fatih Karaca this time. Each of them established the max distance of exactly 45 meters (147-feet 7-inches), meaning they had to share the points.

Oskar Ziółkowski finally got his first event win near the very end of the competition, and he claimed it in an impressive fashion. The overhead press has always been one of the toughest lifts, so to see Oskar lock out six repetitions with 150 kilograms (330.7 pounds) was mind-blowing.

Second Implement: 120-kg (264.5-lb)
