Women Physique Prejudging Report

The 2023 Olympia competition is underway as athletes continue to meet from November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida inside the Orange County Convention Center. Prejudging for the Women’s Physique division started at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 3.

With participants taking to the stage, applause was heard from the moment former two-time Women’s Physique Ms. Olympia Sarah Villegas hit her first pose. Last year, Villegas was narrowly defeated by the conditioning and ab separation presented by Natalia Abraham Coelho.

Having endured a close contest last year, Villegas and Coelho looked to put as much distance between each other as possible. Right out the gate, it was clear Villegas was out for vengeance, having made noticeable improvements to her midsection, aesthetics, and arms.

Once again, Natalia Coelho’s ab separation and glute-ham tie-ins were notable strengths, which carried her through the prejudging rounds smoothly. However, if Villegas can bring an even tighter package to the finals tonight, we could have a legendary showdown on our hands.
