The 2024 Arnold Classic Physique finals took place on March 1 Friday from 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. inside the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Following a heated competition, Wesley Vissers won his first Arnold Classic title. Ramon Rocha Queiroz took second place in a close battle with Urs Kalecinski rounding out the podium in third.
Leading up to this year’s show, all eyes were on two men: Brazil’s Ramon Rocha Queiroz and Germany’s Urs Kalecinski. Fans anticipated another extremely close affair between the two given their competitive history.
At the last Mr. Olympia, Queiroz surpassed ‘The Miracle Bear’ on the scorecards and entered this competition as the reigning AC champion. However, fans were also blown away by the respective performances of Breon Ansley and Wesley Vissers.
Given the four-man battle that took place during prejudging between Kalecinski, Queiroz, Vissers, and Breon Ansley, fans were highly anticipating the finals tonight, which delivered some exciting action, especially during the individual routines
2024 Arnold Classic Physique Results & Prize Money:
Prejudging and finals saw Wesley Vissers, Urs Kalecinski and Ramon Queiroz leave it all on stage in hopes of walking away with gold. Urs Kalecinski took second at last year’s Arnold Classic to Queiroz and third behind him at the 2023 Mr. Olympia.
Queiroz, who presented the deepest abs of the show and tightened up from prejudging to the finals. He came in with momentum as the reigning Arnold Classic champion. He took second to Chris Bumstead at the last Mr. Olympia.

Meanwhile, Vissers took seventh at the last Olympia and presented easily his best package yet, not to mention his towering 6’3″ height. By the end of the confirmation rounds and a pose down, Wesley Vissers pulled off a historic upset to win the 2024 Arnold Classic title!
