6- Hasan Banks – True Inspiration

hasan-banks2Hasan Banks is an amateur competitor in men’s physique (a division of Arnold Classic, Bodybuilding)

Hassan, 35 from Clearwater, Florida, was diagnosed with Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 7. Ataxia, progressive neurodegenerative disorder which is described as a lack of muscle control during voluntary movements, such as walking or picking up objects.

Hassan still put days and weeks at the gym to get into the best shape of his life he compete in 2015 Arnold Classic. Hassan is a true inspiration to everyone who is struggling in their life with any disabilities.

hasan-banks“My life isn’t easy. I still haven’t fully adjusted to the fact that I’m disabled. My disorder has progressed and it’s gonna get worst,” Banks told The Huffington Post. “To finally see that people are really receptive to my life … it brings tears to my eyes. Everything that I’ve done, it’s not to show off. I want to prove that if you want something, you just have to go get it.”hasan-banks3
