Meet a rising star Nicolas Vullioud and his massive legs.

In order to get a complete physique that you want, working your legs hard is a must. The legs make up the largest part of your body and carry a ton of muscle. If you skip leg day, you are missing out on a ton of growth potential. Just to give you an idea that Squats and Deadlifts increase the release of Growth Hormone and Testosterone more than any other exercise. These are natural muscle building hormones your body produces. These are essential exercises for any bodybuilder who are looking to build massive legs.

Whenever we see a bodybuilder with bulky and defined legs (such as Tom Platz a man who became famous for his extraordinary leg development) – we can’t help but swoon.
