Larry Wheels is known for famous 605-pound bench press triple score. He also deadlifted 855 pounds with an ease. But when it comes to the barbell back squat, he has gone one step further. Someone could even wonder whether this man has extraterrestrial genes. The thing he did was beyond the limits of science and common sense.
Powerlifters are super strong humans by nature. But Larry Wheels did an impossible thing today! Before he entered the gym, his barbell back squat record was 850 lbs. The famous powerlifter gambled hard and added 50 lbs. Even the barbell looked as if it’s gonna crack. But this superhuman controlled weight like a pro throughout the movement. His new squat personal best is 900 lbs!
Take a look at his fantastic video below. Larry Wheels improved the score two times by the way. In the first place, he lifted 865 lbs pretty easily. Then he attacked 900 lbs! His celebrations are also a thing to remember. Oh, have you noticed he has no shoes?

Here is one abnormal fact. Larry Wheels did a monstrous improvement to his squat record only two weeks out from a bodybuilding show. You know, people are trying to reduce weight and make their definition look better. In this part of the preparation, chronic fatigue is a normal thing. Any “normal competitor” should be weaker. But that is not the case with this amazing powerlifter!
Also, a regular human couldn’t even think of squatting 500 lbs once. But Larry did 25 repetitions like he was playing games last month! What is this guy made of?
