Bodybuilding “King” is recovering yet again from his most recent surgery.
Eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman had a surgery yesterday due to a bulging disk in his neck and he’s finally pain-free.
“Another surgery in the books, hopefully the la,st one but I said that 4 surgeries ago. I’m just glad to be pain free because I was in tons of pain before surgery”.

Coleman expressed his gratitude toward his fans and all the people in his life who have shown him support through his physical struggles.
“Thank you guys for all your prayers, you guys are the greatest fans ever. No way I survive all this without y’all’s prayer and support. Now I know for sure why God put me on this Earth”.
We all know Ronnie Coleman was a blessing to the sport so he’s right about his purpose here on Earth. He’s responsible for so many iconic stage battles (Which he won all of by the way) and many phrases like “Lightweight baby!” and “nothing but a peanut!” when lifting godly amounts of weight. He’s also just a real inspiration because of his relentlessness to give up and lose his joy despite his life-changing mishaps.

“I have doubted myself over the years but no more of that. With the inspiration and support I get from you guys, there’s no quit in me ever. Even my toughest times have been great because when you have the love and support I get from you guys, nothing never gets you down”.
He truly does have an amazing life and support system…
“I have the best wife in the world, the best kids, brother, sisters niece, nephew, auntie, cousins, business partner, staff at RCSS, the list goes on and on. I guess you can say I have the best life a guy can ever ask”.

For now… Coleman is out of the hospital and thanks to his amazing surgeon, things are looking optimistic for him.
We hope Big Ronnie Coleman stays away from injuries and surgical procedures (For a while at least) so he can fully heal and get back into the swing of things. He’s a true champion and deserves nothing less than good health and longevity.
