Brazil is one of a few countries announcing the 19.4 CrossFit Open workout and it will be exciting all around the globe as athletes will battle for high scores and a CrossFit Games invite. There are two men that will push their limits to prove themselves in a brutal test of strength and endurance at the Brazil live announcement.
Gui Malheiros (19) and Ez Muhammad (31) have a big age gap but when the workout begins nothing else matters besides who will be come out on top.

Now, Guilherme (Gui) Malheiros is only 19 years old which is pretty young but he’s improved drastically over the years and even placed 2nd in 2017 at the CrossFit Games for the boys 16-17 age group. He’s coming into the big competition with experience and it will be fun to watch him perform in the 19.4 workout.
