Brian Shaw Regret 20000 Calorie Taco Bell Dinner

You’d think a four-time winner of the World’s Strongest Man competition would be intimidated by nothing…but, this wasn’t the case when it came to the entire Taco Bell menu. That’s right, Brian Shaw was challenged by his fans to order the whole menu and it was obvious he was worried.

Now, this sounds crazy for a 6’8, 400+ man but 20,000 calories is nothing to take lightly. But Brian Shaw does eat a lot of calories (12,000) every single day to keep up his massive frame and top-tier strength.

But we’re not sure what’s crazier… the fact that he attempted to eat all of this food in one sitting, or the $120 fast food bill. Either way, it may not come as a surprise to Shaw’s regular viewers seeing as he routinely takes on bizarre food challenges, with a notable one being the 7-pound burrito he demolished…

The video starts with Shaw ordering the food and 3:51 begins the challenge at his own dining table…

You can see the difficulty Brian Shawn starts having as he eats more and more food. Explaining how some items were not very appetizing which made the challenge much more difficult. He said he was not feeling good at all, and at this point, it was clear he wanted to throw in the towel.

But he continued to eat a few more food items and called it quits…

“This is uh… I can say pretty much hands down that this is like the worst eating challenge that I’ve ever taken part in. It was um… really bad and it’s… my stomach hurts so bad but also I can feel myself sweating because I’m like almost like my body just is like I want to get this out, I want to get this out and I’m sweating because I’m almost trying not to throw up”.

But we don’t think Shaw will ever be interested in doing this challenge anytime soon… or ever again for that matter.

“I don’t highly recommend this. I feel like I need to go lay on the floor or something for a while and I will not be going back to Taco Bell… maybe ever… maybe ever”.

We’re not doubting that Brian Shaw could have won this challenge but the Taco Bell items just did not agree with his stomach, and now we wait patiently for another eating challenge more suitable for the big guy.
