If you have been following the Kevin Levrone on Instagram, you would have seen that he’s back to Squatting after recovering from knee tendon. There’s nothing worse than being injured and watch all your gains gradually go down the drain. It can hinder your progress tremendously and set you back for weeks, months, and in severe cases, years. That’s what Kevin Levrone may have been facing heading by into the 2016 Olympia.
