WATCH: Great Old School Workout for Huge Arms

As times change so too does our understanding of things. This holds true for the bodybuilding as well. The further science progresses, the more we can understand about how our bodies actually function and what workouts and diets are best to push our muscle growth to new highs further.

That being said, sometimes you just can’t beat the classics. Developing a symmetrical physique is not an easy task, and requires equal attention to every body part. It’s every bodybuilder’s dream to have perfectly outlined abs, muscular chest, well-defined legs, massive back, wide shoulders and huge arms. Arms probably receive the greatest attention when a bodybuilder first starts trotting down the road towards building the dream physique, and for a good reason because arms are probably the most easily noticed parts of our body.
