The 2023 Mr. Olympia will see the world’s best compete for supremacy and the sport’s ultimate bragging rights. With mere weeks until taking to the stage, athletes are leaving no stone unturned in their quest for Olympia greatness. Some of the fan favorites, including Nick Walker, Brandon Curry, and Samson Dauda have offered looks into their latest progress.
After their successful runs at 2023 Arnold Classic, where they went head-to-head against each other, Dauda and Walker will lock horns once again for the coveted Sandow trophy. While this year won’t witness champions like Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay and Brett Wilkin, fans are still hyped to watch the mass monsters battle it out on stage.
Nick Walker shows off his insane post-workout pump
The 29-year-old made heads turn with his monstrous physique that earned him the nickname ‘The Mutant.’ Since the 2021 New York Pro and Arnold Classic, Walker’s popularity has swelled. While critics called him out for his lack of aesthetics, the champion has come a long way since. Having worked hard towards a thinner waist, gigantic quads, and overall definition, he possesses the full potential necessary to bag the trophy this time.
Showing off his physique in the latest update, Walker posed in front of a mirror with an array of weights. Seems like the champion had an arms day at the gym and the pump was proof of its success. The caption read:

“Post workout pump flow,” Nick Walker shared.
With his eyes set on a showdown with Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan — the only two men to place ahead of him on the big stage last year — Walker believes his unwavering confidence will only assist him against the best in just a few weeks.
Samson Dauda’s colossal quads leave fans in a frenzy
It seems ‘The Nigerian Lion’ is all set to crush the 2023 Mr. Olympia with a beast-like physique. So far, the champion has teased followers and fans with glimpses of his intense workout sessions which have played a role in his mind-boggling transformation.
Brandon Curry flaunts an armored back for his next show
And when we talk of some of the top contenders for Mr. Olympia, who could forget Brandon Curry! The 40-year-old bodybuilding champion has managed to leave jaws on the floor with his Hulk-like physique. Curry is in a unique position. Should he lay claim to the Mr. Olympia title this year, he will become the only bodybuilder since Jay Cutler to do so.
Earlier, Curry revealed in an interview that he was definitely more confident and prepared for this season. The workout routines catered to his style of bodybuilding, and things are only looking up from here on.
Nathan De Asha and Justin Shier Aiming to Disrupt 2023 Olympia Lineup
While the popular bodybuilding champions bask in the attention of fitness enthusiasts, athletes Justin Shier and Nathan De Asha are catching up on the popularity train with their ripped physiques.
Hailing from Liverpool, England, De Asha has presented a trophy-winning physique so far, with wing-like lats. Whereas Shier proved his prowess after bagging this year’s Chicago Pro title and is all set to flaunt his gains on the Mr. Olympia stage.
