Arnold Schwarzenegger says there is no magic pill for success — just hard work!

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back his natural habitat – the gym, crushing already multiple workouts after his open heart surgery in March.

The 70-year-old bodybuilding icon-turned-actor-turned-governor is looking in truly inspirational form, has been posting some impressive workout videos to his social media profile over the last few days.

Last week we saw him taking on the curl machine, then hit a double session over the weekend. Arnold shared another workout video on Instagram letting his fans know he is an unstoppable force. Schwarzenegger did some reps on an ab crunch machine in his home gym and told the fans it was part of his second workout of the day after training earlier at Gold’s Gym.

“Second workout of the day! The surgery comeback is all about reps, reps, reps.”

After several impressive reps Schwarzenegger said to his followers:

“For a comeback, it’s all about reps, reps, reps,

there is no magic pill.”

Arnold was wearing a “There is No Magic Pill” hat which reminds people you need to get serious with a hard workout to get in great shape.

When you’re making a comeback to the weight room after a long layoff, the best thing you can do is slowly build up your muscular endurance as you won’t immediately jump into high weight, lower rep work to build muscle and strength right away.

At this rate, we can see Schwarzenegger’s recovery seems to be going really well.
