Tiffany Chapon is one of the most successful powerlifters in the International Powerlifting Federation, having won four World Championships from 2021 to 2024. However, she lost her title in 2025, which ignited a fire in her, pushing her to become an even better athlete than before. So, after months of hard work, Tiffany got the chance to display her progress at the 2025 Silent Worker Meet 8 on October 25th in France. She won the overall competition, proving to be the best pound-for-pound lifter with 119.91 GL Points.
Note: GL Points are calculated based on the achieved Total and the bodyweight of each athlete. So, it is used to rank everyone regardless of their weight class and determines the overall pound-for-pound winner.
Tiffany Chapon’s Full Performance Overview
Tiffany Chapon missed just one out of nine lifts and beat the likes of 2024 IPF U83KG World Champion, Jurins Kengamu, and the 2025 IPF U93KG World Champion, Emil Krastev. So, her medal from the 2025 Silent Worker Meet 8 is definitely one of her most impressive achievements, as she faced and beat some of the strongest powerlifters in the world.
Tiffany Chapon exceeded the Raw Squat, Bench Press, and Total U47KG IPF World Records during her performance. While that is the division she usually competes in, Tiffany weighed 48.9 kilograms (107.8 pounds) at the 2025 Silent Worker Meet 8. So, if she wants to make the records official, Tiffany will have to cut down to 47 kilograms (103.6 pounds) for her next international performance.
Squat
Tiffany Chapon’s heaviest squat came out to 170 kilograms (374.8 pounds), which marked a new Competition PR for her. In order to complete it, she put on a lifting belt, knee sleeves, and a pair of wrist wraps to ease the pressure on her joints. She then planted her feet in a narrow stance and lifted the bar from the rack. After reaching the required depth, Tiffany began to ascend and reached lockout just a moment later.
Considering that she exceeded the U47KG IPF World Record by 4.5 kilograms (9.9 pounds) at the Silent Worker Meet 8, it is safe to say that she’ll be able to replicate the lift when time comes for her to cut weight and compete at an IPF-sanctioned competition.
